Tranquility Thursday: Weekly Meditations

Event Description

Tranquility Thursdays are organized by Student Wellbeing, Centre for Allard Law Meditation and Centre for Feminist Legal Studies. Three organizations have come together for one mission: dedicating 30 intentional minutes to engage in community connection and grow our mindfulness practice to support our overall wellbeing. This will happen every Thursday in room 424 and open to all Allard Law students to come enjoy.
