Class of 68 & Farris Fund Research GrantsThe Class of 68 Research Grant supports faculty member research in any subject area while the Farris Fund Research Grant supports faculty research in subjects alternating between "business, corporate or commercial law topics" in odd years and "topics that are or may be the subject of litigation, or procedural law topics relating to litigation or advocacy" in even years. This grant does not cover funds for the dissemination of research, such as conference travel. Apply with the Law Faculty HSS Research Grant application form. Law Foundation of BC Legal Education & Research Project GrantsProvides funds to faculty members and Law students for small, time-limited projects focussing on legal research, legal education, legal services, law reform, or law libraries. The funds may be used for research costs, including travel, but may not be applied to costs of overhead or administration or food/beverages.
