Work Study

Work Study is an employment program that helps fund on-campus jobs for students. A work study position can help offset the costs of education, offers valuable career-related skills, and increases involvement within the campus community. Students can work a maximum of 10 hours per week and earn up to $3,000 during the September to April study period.

Work Study Program Changes after 2007/08

Work Study is now open to all domestic undergraduate students who are enrolled in at least 9 credits per term or domestic graduate students paying full-time tuition fees.

Further information on the Work Study program is available at http://www.students.ubc.ca/careers/workstudy.cfm.
