Program on Dispute Resolution

The Program on Dispute Resolution at the University of British Columbia consists of an interdisciplinary team of scholars and community partnersworking together to develop a better understanding of dispute resolution processes. Our current research focuses on the use of expressive arts as resources for intercultural conflict resolution.

Students are involved in all projects as integral contributors on the research teams and co-authors of forthcoming publications. We are also very involved with developing innovative and effective dispute resolution pedagogy. The Program also coordinates several second and third year dispute resolution courses
