Welcoming Business Law Students
Andrew Dilts, LBS Co-director, David Frost, McCarthy Tétrault LLP, The National Centre for Business Law and the student-run Law & Business Society (LBS) hosted the 3rd Annual Welcome Reception on October 5th at the Faculty of Law at Allard Hall. Over 40 students interested in Business Law attended along with representatives from the NCBL Platinum and Gold Affiliates and Dean's Advisory Committee, Business Law Faculty and Business Law Concentration alumni. NCBL Co-director Ljiljana Biukovic welcomed the guests and introduced the recipient of this year's Association of Women in Finance Scholarship in Law, third year student Andrea Ritchie. This year's Law & Business Society's President, Dustin Klaudt, also addressed the audience. The NCBL and LBS would like to thank all those who attended and who helped to make this another successful event.
