H1N1 Flu Virus

The University of British Columbia is continuing to monitor the potential and actual impacts of the H1N1 (Swine Flu) situation on the university community.

Students who are ill or suspect they may be ill with H1N1 should:

  • remain away from classes and the University until they are well enough to return; and
  • inform Kaila Mikkelsen, Assistant Dean, Students, of their health status immediately.  Kaila can be reached at (604) 822-6350 or mikkelsen@law.ubc.ca

The Faculty of Law recommends that students review the H1N1 updates on the University’s website at: http://www.hse.ubc.ca/healthpromotion/communityhealth/flu/h1n1.html
