This designation is a great honour conferred on members of the legal profession to recognize exceptional merit and contribution. Public nominations are reviewed by an advisory committee which recommends deserving candidates to Attorney General Wally Oppal.
Appointments require that nominees be a member of the British Columbia bar for at least five years and demonstrate professional integrity, good character, and excellence in the practice of law.
