Professor Coffee is one of the foremost securities and corporate law scholars in the world. While in residence at Allard Hall, Professor Coffee gave a downtown lecture on his article titled The Political Economy of the Dodd-Frank Act: Why Financial Reform Tends to be Frustrated and Systemic Risk Perpetuated.
