UBC Law Alumni and Professor appointed Queen's Counsel

On December 22, 2011, Attorney General Shirley Bond announced that twenty-eight B.C. lawyers were appointed Queen's counsel, including Professor Christine Boyle and ten UBC Law alumni.

UBC Law Welcomes the Honourable Frank Iacobucci, C.C., Q.C.

On February 9th, Mr. Iacobucci will present a lecture at Allard Hall as part of the J. Donald Mawhinney lectureship in professional ethics.

UBC Takes Home the Cup at Labour Arbitration Competition

The UBC team of second year law students Natasha Jategaonkar and Glen Tedham won the cup at the Mathews Dinsdale & Clark Canadian Labour Arbitration Competition held in Toronto this past weekend.
