Law Without Borders
The 13th annual interdisciplinary legal studies graduate students' conference
May 1 & 2, 2008
Celebrating more than a decade of vibrant exploration of postgraduate study in law, the UBC Faculty of Law proudly announces "Law Without Borders", a showcase for graduate students from around the world who are studying law through a wide range of disciplines. The conference encourages applications from students at the master's or doctoral level in the humanities or social sciences who seek to challenge common academic perceptions of law and its conventional parameters. It is a popular event each year, giving graduate students experience in presenting at conference in a supportive--and well-attended--environment of other graduate students and UBC faculty members.
The programme and timetable will be posted soon, under "Timetable". In the meantime, please see the memorandum to presenters.
Note: Presenters who have not yet paid must do so immediately, or risk being removed from the programme. You may now pay by credit card. Use the "Credit Card Authorization Form" under the Quickfind menu located on the right side of this page.
