Insolvency ConferenceJanuary 27, 2006 The third Annual Review of Insolvency Law conference brings together a collaboration of legal scholars, insolvency practitioners, members of the judiciary and bankruptcy officials who examine some of the year's most important issues. This year's themes centre on shifting rights and responsibilities at a time when both the common law and statutory provisions are in an evolutionary stage.
