1. Contact Us. It is best to get started a year before the event will take place. We have the latest contact information for your classmates and there may be others that have expressed an interest in planning a reunion for your class. We can also provide budget and invitation templates. |
2. Call Two Friends. Planning a successful event may be more time consuming than you originally anticipate. Brainstorming ideas and delegating responsibility in a committee will allow for flexibility with busy schedules. We are available for research, planning, logistics and support as required. |
3. Planning. We can publish announcements in the UBC Law Alumni Magazine and on our website, help you research venues, catering, activities and provide a valuable link to on-campus options. Whether it is a day of golf or a dinner cruise through the Burrard Inlet, we want to help you get the most out of your event. |
4. The Event. All of your hard work has paid off. Reconnect with your classmates and reminisce about your first-year moot, professor what’s-his-name and that 8 am torts class. Share your accomplishments, joys and challenges with your fellow alumni. |
5. Share. We would love to post stories, highlights and photos from your event on the Faculty of Law website and in the UBC Law Alumni Magazine. |
