Allard Prize for International Integrity
Peter A. Allard has committed up to $1.75 million to establish the annual Allard Prize for International Integrity. The prize will recognize one or more individuals or entities from around the world for their fight for freedom and human rights and against corruption. The Prize, to be awarded annually at a special ceremony at UBC Law at Allard Hall, will assist the Faculty in taking a leadership role in promoting the transparency, accountability and checks and balances necessary to establish human rights and economic development around the world. Information about the Prize criteria and nomination procedures will be posted at this website when available. |
